In this video I had the chance to interview Salena Hofer. She shares how to lose 100 pounds. She did it by her self at the age of 17. She decided to take action to feel better in her body and gain confidence. She set a goal to lose 30 pounds and felt great. She continued her healthy lifestyle and the weight continued to melt off. The first 30 days where the hardest and she was really strict with her diet and going to the gym. Now she enjoys treats in moderation.
